From a Foldout Table to Multiple Warehouses: How Growe Helped Your Logistics Scale Without Losing What Made It Work

It's not just about landing new customers — it's about landing the right ones. Here's how Growe's matchmaking turned into a lasting partnership for Your Logistics.

Where It Started

Long before Your Logistics ran Class A warehouses across multiple states, it was one building and one founder trying to prove he could do this right. Summit Hogue, Founder of Growe, remembers exactly where that started.

"Five years from when I met Andrew at his foldout table in his old building, he has gone from that all the way to Class A, beautiful warehouses, from Vegas to Dallas to Hagerstown, Maryland."

That trajectory is the point. Growe doesn't just work with any 3PL that comes calling — they vet every operator in its network before it will put its name and its brand relationships behind them. Andrew Kirk, CEO of Your Logistics, was the exception worth betting on early, and five years of growth are the receipt.

What Your Logistics Does

For brands that don't know Your Logistics yet, Kirk keeps the pitch simple.

"Your Logistics is an e-commerce third-party logistics company. We partner with e-commerce brands to oversee their warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping strategies, anywhere from 5,000 orders a month all the way to over 250,000 orders a month."

That range matters. Whether a brand is a growing D2C label or a national name shipping hundreds of thousands of orders monthly, Your Logistics' facilities are built to flex without asking a client to change how they do business.

Growing Without Growing Pains

Scaling a 3PL from one warehouse to a national footprint means constant expansion decisions, and every one of them carries real estate risk. Hossein Rashidinia, VP of Finance at Your Logistics, credits Growe with taking a lot of that risk off the table.

"Growe has helped Your Logistics in a lot of different ways. First of all, they've helped us with our expansion in Dallas. When we got our second warehouse in Las Vegas, they brought us leads that have been a big part of our success."

It's a two-sided relationship; Growe helps structure the real estate that makes new facilities possible, and it brings brand relationships that fill the space once it's built. Rashidinia's read on Growe's positioning in the market is part of why the partnership works in the first place.

"He's positioned very well in terms of knowing the brands, knowing the 3PLs, and understanding who's a good match for who."

The Apparel Brand Test Case

The clearest proof of that matchmaking is a deal Hogue points to directly: a major apparel brand that needed West Coast fulfillment and needed it to work immediately.

"There was a specific deal, a huge apparel brand that wanted to be on the West Coast. We introduced Andrew to the brand, and the brand just fell in love with the operation. They were like, 'Man, this guy is awesome. This is the kind of operator we want to work with to really grow and expand our presence.' We went with the brand and showed them some of the possible spots we were looking at — world-class fulfillment centers — and they were implemented into Your Logistics within a month. And there was no business disruption."

No business disruption, on a brand's timeline, inside a month; that's the standard Growe measures a good match against. Kirk saw it from the other side of the table, and it's not a story about landing a customer. It's a story about landing the right one.

"It wasn't just an introduction of a new customer to us. It was a very good match for that brand as well."

The Payoff

For Your Logistics, working with Growe means the real estate side of the business gets handled by people who treat it like their own. Hogue puts it in terms of what brands get when they hand off supply chain, and what Your Logistics gets in return.

"You're hiring them so you can take your eye off supply chain — which isn't what you do every day — and focus on selling more product, and let these guys do what they do best. We go to work every day to figure out ways we can help them grow and expand their business. And then we facilitate that growth by getting out in the market and getting them structured real estate deals that they just couldn't get anywhere else."

From a foldout table to multiple facilities, from 5,000 orders a month to a quarter million, Your Logistics' growth has run on real estate deals it couldn't have negotiated alone, and on Growe's read of exactly which brands belong in its warehouses.
